NOW THERE ARE TWO WAYS YOU CAN GET THE SPRING CLEANSE INFORMATION - EITHER IN A CLEANSE KIT OR BY TAKING THE CLASS.
Have you thought about trying a Whole Body Cleanse but just haven't gotten around to it? Since I love to share my knowledge on cleansing, I have developed two ways to give the information. If you are too busy to take the class, then you can purchase the cleanse kit instead. Both ways offer an easy going format: no weighing in, no true confessions about broken diets, and no impossible diet to follow.
The program decreases your exposure to allergens and clears toxins out of your body. If you have any kind of inflammation; sinusitis, arthritis, cystitis, bursitis, etc. it will also decrease a lot. This is because inflammation is caused by the allergens in the foods we eat. After the inflammation is gone the by-products of the inflammatory process are also gone. It is those chemical by-products that cause inflammation. Once these toxins are flushed out you will feel great and have more energy.
The cleanse lasts 3 weeks. The foundation of the cleanse is a rice and pea protein powder which is made into a shake. The other supplements boost your body's ability to process toxins by supporting all the organs, especially the liver.
The cleanse kit includes: a half hour office consultation to get you started on the right track, a fifteen minute phone consultation half way through the cleanse, the 3 products used during the cleanse, and an informative detox manual. The cost is $297.
Classes include: all of the above plus the added benefit of group support. Some classes are offered on just one Saturday, others are spread over 3 weeks to give weekly support. The classes are a great way to meet new friends and support. The cost for the classes depends on the format.
I also have a far infrared sauna. Sweating, especially with far infrared heat really clears the toxins out fast. I highly recommend the sauna about half way through the cleanse. The cost is $25.
